Bible Study

At St Jude's, the Bible isn't just a book about stuff that happened a long time ago, but is dynamic and living, a way God speaks of His love and mercy to each of us today. We engage in the study of Scripture in a group setting 3 to 4 times per year, with each study usually lasting 4 to 6 weeks. For more information about Bible Study, please call St Jude's office at 519-752-0562.

Life in the Eucharist

Life in the Eucharist (L.I.T.E.) is a communion program for children designed by the Anglican Church of Canada to help children (ages seven and up) to participate more fully in the Eucharist and therefore live the Christian Life. Our program promotes active faith sharing between parents, parish sponsors, children, leaders, priests, and our parish community while emphasizing the unique role of parents as primary educators of their children. This program is held during the Lent season of each liturgical year. For more information on our Life in the Eucharist Ministry, contact Pam Humber through the church office.

Sunday School is offered at the 10:30 service from September to June. Children receive instruction promoting Bible literacy and positive messages about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. The curriculum is based on the Seasons of The Spirit. The activities of Sunday School include Christian education, songs, crafts for school-age children. Children are grouped according to age. During the 10:30 Service, a nursery is provided for children three and under. For more information, contact David Simpson through the church office.
